At major events in India, the office promotes the emirate of Dubai to companies intending to grow their international presence. We encourage Indian businesses to participate at key exhibitions in Dubai to boost their International business.
Along with gathering & dissemination of market intelligence, the office also facilitates business by way of B2B meetings, trade missions, networking events, buyer seller meets and brainstorming with businesses on their plans for Dubai and India.

Activities
India Dubai Retail Summit
With two panel dicussions focusing on Reimagining the retail infrastructure of the future & Enhancing customer experience & convenience, Dubai Chamber jointly organised a two and half hour virtual event with IMC Chamber of Commerce. The India Dubai Retail Summit saw 363 registrations.
India- UAE Food Dialogue
With the aim of discussing the strategic initiatives between India and UAE as well as the challenges & opportunities to further enhance food trade, the webinar on ‘India – UAE Food Dialogue’ was organized by Dubai Chamber and CII. The event was promoted during the India International Food & Agri week, received 430 registrations across the world.
Dubai Tech Tour: FinTech & HealthTech
Working closely with key Indian startup ecosystem players the Chamber identified & shortlist 15 scaleups in FinTech & HealthTech. These scaleups offered cutting edge solutions to industry and had an ambition to expand their presence in MENA region. The Chamber supported these scaleups to understand the business landscape, the startup ecosystem and introduced them to key businesses & investors in Dubai.
Round Table Discussions
With the objective of highlighting the potential of using Dubai as a Hub for accessing International market, managing International Operations for Indian companies as well as bring to light opportunities & changes in regulations happening in Dubai, the India office of Dubai Chamber planned a Round Table Discussion in three cities
Tech Marathon
With the objective of of promoting Dubai startup ecosystem, the India office of Dubai Chamber along with Dubai Start-up Hub planned a delegation visit to India which saw 5 delegates from Dubai, 180 applications, 10 shortlisted startups for pitch competition and 160 attendees in Delhi & Bangalore.
Vibrant Gujarat
Vibrant Gujarat an event organasized by the Government of Gujarat for Trade & Investment Promotion gathered over 30000 visitors from over 50 countries in Gujarat. Dubai Chamber was invited to speak, where Mr Omar Khan spoke at the Country Seminar and International Chambers Conference during the event.
India – UAE Strategic Conclave
With the Objective of highlighting the Chamber’s presence in India among key stakeholders, Mr Omar Khan and Mr Sameer Nawani attended the event. An Economic Times initiative, India – UAE Strategic Conclave saw participation from 350+ Top bureaucrats & Business Leaders from both sides.
Study Mission to Delhi & Mumbai and Doing Business in Dubai Seminar
As the Chamber opened its office in India, Dubai Chamber met key stakehodlers to share its plans for India. A seminar on ‘Doing Business in Dubai’ addressed an audience of 120 businesses in Gems & Jewellery. The seminar was organised at India International Jewellery Show, the largest Jewellery Exhibition in India organized by Gems & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC).
Punjab Start-up Summit
Dubai Chamber adderssed an audience of over 150 members from the Punjab start-up ecosystem at the Punjab Start-up Summit. During the panel discussion, the Chamber highlighted the opportunities for Indian start-ups in Dubai, introduced the Dubai start-up landscape and shared insights on planning their internationalization journey.
