The start of the 12th Cycle of the MRM Business Award will be announced soon across the Dubai Chamber social media channels.
How to Apply
Irrespective of the country of origin, all sizes and types of organizations based, and with current activity, in the UAE or any of the GCC countries are welcome to participate in the MRM Business Award Program.
The first step is to submit the online Pre-Application Form where companies can express their interest to participate in the Award Program. After the Pre-Application Form is submitted online, the Award Unit will evaluate if the applicant company meets the eligibility criteria to qualify for the Award Program and revert back to the company with its feedback.
Eligibility Criteria
In order to participate, organizations are required to meet all of the following criteria:
- Must be a for-profit and private organization.
- Must be operating in the UAE or any of the GCC countries for the last three years.
- Must hold a valid Operating License from the UAE or GCC country where the company is based.
All sizes and types of local, regional and international organizations with current activity in the UAE and any of the GCC countries are welcome to participate and compete for the Award.
Because the number of participants is limited, organizations are approved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Exclusions:
Groups or Holding companies are not eligible to participate as a whole. However, individual companies from the Group or Holding are welcome to participate separately.
Fees
All eligible companies who have been approved to participate are required to pay the associated fees:
- AED 3,150 if your Company is a Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry Member.
- AED 3,675 if your Company is not a Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry Member
(Fees are including 5% VAT which is applicable to all companies in the UAE & GCC)
Kindly Note: The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
The fee enables companies to participate in the MRM Business Award Program and includes:
Groups or Holding companies are not eligible to participate as a whole. However, individual companies from the Group or Holding are welcome to participate separately.
- Award Application Package (Award Criteria Manual and Award Application Submission Document).
- Clarifications and support during the application submission, including roundtable discussion.
- Desk Assessment and Site Visit Assessment.
- Feedback Report.
- Attendance at the Award Ceremony.
- For winners only – Award recognition with all the associated media coverage.
Kindly Note: Only the companies who submit the Award Application Document are eligible for the Desk & Site Visit Assessment and Feedback Report. The Site Visit Assessment is only for companies who meet the defined threshold in the Desk Assessment. The above fees do not include the training sessions, which are not mandatory but comes with our highest recommendations.
Award Program Phases and Schedule
The Award Program consists of 7 phases, namely:
In order to participate, companies are required to register at the Dubai Chamber website and submit a valid Operating License, Company Profile and Organizational Chart. The MRM Award Office will review all the information and companies who meet the eligibility criteria will be requested to pay the associated participation fee. Once the payment is completed, the company becomes a participant of the Award Program and receives by email the Award Application Package with the Award Manual and Application Document.
Because the number of participants is limited, Companies are strongly advised to register at the earliest to secure participation. Companies are approved on a first-come, first-served basis and the pre-application phase deadline can be subject to change without prior-notice.
